Role Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic Temporary Creative Director, (COPY) who has a deep passion for people and how they activate on the internet. Must have extensive B2B Social experience. You'll need to be able to lead brands, connect our brands to culture and have a strong track record of consistency with groundbreaking campaigns. You will invent social tactics, mentor junior associates, and manage the day-to-day progress of a project from start to finish. We want to make beautiful things for the internet in whatever format is deemed most relevant. We stand out in the market because every detail is considered. We consider the small things as much as we do the big. If you are a true Social native, working on organic, in-tone creative (B2B) social content on a daily basis, you may be a great fit for this role.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver integrated communications solutions, creative platforms and execution
  • Work closely with the creative department to develop differentiating and original creative concepts and award-winning, media-coverage worthy creative work.
  • Ensure the best creative resource is allocated to the correct projects by liaising with resource and project managers.
  • Take ownership for the delivery of the client's brand vision
  • Champion the creative process and output.

Person Specification:

  • B2B Social experience required with portfolio examples
  • 7+ years of experience, agency setting
  • Examples of digital first thinking. You will need to love the internet and creating in that space.
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively work and collaborate with senior clients and leadership
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Highly organized and professional

Additional Information:

The hourly pay range for this position is $61.00 - $98.88. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
