The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and evaluate marketing projects to support our activities in the DACH market and achieve sales goals. 


 

Tasks:

  • Event Management: Plan and execute tradeshows, user meetings, VIP events, Online seminars, trainings and networking activities. Handle logistics, collaborate with sales teams, and develop promotional materials. 
  • Regional Campaigns: Execute localized marketing activities, including webinars and email campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency. 
  • Social Media Management: Manage the LinkedIn account for the DACH region includes designing creatives and producing content for the DACH events and seminars 
  • Content Management: Oversee content creation, localization, and website updates. Manage email campaigns and inbound lead processes (SEO/SEA). 
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to provide marketing assets and align strategies, offering data-driven insights to enhance performance. 
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs for events and campaigns and provide reports with insights and recommendations. 
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for events and campaigns, ensuring efficient resource use and high-quality standards. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with global marketing teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or business 
  • Excellent research and writing skills 
  • Bilingual in English & German
  • Tech-savvy with experience in tools like Salesforce, Pardot, GoToWebinar, Canva and Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and proactively
