SUMMARY

The Vice President, Workforce Solutions will partner with the Chief Client Officer to sell Ingenovis Talent Operations (ITO) workforce solutions to healthcare organizations across the country.  ITO solutions include Managed Service Provider (MSP) supported by a Vendor Management System (VMS) and other solutions like Employer of Record (EOR), Internal Resource Pool (IRP) optimization, and direct hire. The VP, is an innovative and creative individual who can hold strategic conversations with potential clients to position our services in a progressive and futuristic way for next generation healthcare staffing and workforce solution programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and implements communication and activities that will aid in the overall growth of ITO.
  • Develops internal working relationships with Ingenovis brand sales leaders to drive ITO growth and engagement.
  • Ability to forecast and target prospective opportunities with appropriate sales strategies.
  • Collaborate to draft effective responses for client request for proposals (RFPs).
  • Ability to create and develop strong client presentations to enable and support a winning ITO solution.
  • Maintain and cultivate strong healthcare industry relationships to enable partnerships when and where necessary to present winning solutions for ITO.
  • Ability to actively and passively develop quality and meaningful relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to present effectively to key stake holders and large presentation teams.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ten (10) years in a healthcare staffing and workforce solutions environment or related experience
  • 10 -15 years' experience selling and managing workforce solutions sales process across enterprise clients.
  • Extensive experience engaging with Procurement, HR leaders, Clinical leaders, and other senior client stake holders, including c-suite executives.
  • Extensive healthcare industry experience while thoroughly understanding the demands of the industry.
  • Strong understanding of the workforce solutions technology platforms offered to clients across the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Passionate about the healthcare industry and delivering client solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Business, Finance, Nursing or related field, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high stress situations
  • Effective prioritization & multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environment with the objective of meeting company performance expectations
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
  • A disposition to function in a team environment and to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to use tact, discretion, and independent judgment to analyze and resolve work problems
  • Displays a strong sense of urgency with the ability to self-motivate and remain flexible
  • Travel requirements estimate up to 50%

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
  • Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation Range

$144,480.00 - $180,600.00

Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life insurance, 401K with discretionary match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
