Job description

Our platform streamlines meeting management and decision-making across Europe. Our in-house developed solution is used by leading mid-sized to large enterprises across all industries — including Axpo, Emmi, Esprit, Swisscom, Swiss Re, and many more.

As part of our growing Customer Success Team, we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Customer Development Representative to join us remotely. Our team is remote-first and spread across the continent — so you can work wherever you feel most productive and comfortable. Your home base (tax residence) should be in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, or Portugal.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be part of a passionate Customer Success Management team that’s focused on growing and retaining our customer base.
  • Proactively research and identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within our existing portfolio.

  • Initiate contact with new stakeholders and decision-makers by tailoring outreach to their needs and clearly articulating the value of Sherpany.

  • Conduct consultative conversations to uncover challenges and opportunities — and continuously improve our outreach playbooks and best practices.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key customer stakeholders, becoming a reliable point of contact for growth initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to develop strategic growth plans and share market insights.

  • Support the creation of tailored proposals that deliver real value to our customers.

What you bring to the team:

  • First experience in roles like Customer Development, Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust with internal and external stakeholders.

  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and a strong sense of ownership.

  • You’re a true hunter — you know how to open doors and build relationships with new contacts.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Fluent in French (native level), and English. German skills are a plus, but not a must.
