Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong business acumen, and a proactive approach to managing client relationships.

 

What you'll do:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and business objectives.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and drive revenue growth.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, account performance, and relationship metrics to senior management.

  • Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and other operational functions, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

  • Experience in relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing role

  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving business growth.

  • High school diploma
