Program Manager (Process & Performance Support)

Applicants for this job have the flexibility to work remote from home anywhere in the Continental United State, but will need to work on Eastern Time.

Position Purpose: Lead/coordinate program, product, IT implementation projects across multiple functional teams while ensuring delivery excellence. Drive key business initiatives and solutions across the project while adhering to the prescribed methodologies. Oversee additional process and performance related initiatives to achieve continuous quality improvement in the Plan’s and individuals’ performance.

• Manage cross functional activities related to project and program implementations to deliver programs on schedule, within budget and with superior quality.
• Lead and motivate cross functional team members through building a positive team attitude, resolving conflicts and clearly communicating program objectives.
• Act as single point of contact for all program related issues and escalations including risk management.
• Communicate business objectives, program process as well as technical complexities of the program to key stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Ensure all program documentation is up to date and accessible.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, IT, related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project implementation and/or program management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Performance consulting background preferred.

License/Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
