About the Role

Join our Global Field Services Sales organization as a functional AI Services Executive, where you'll drive the growth of our HiredScore Professional Services. This pivotal role involves the strategic planning, management, and execution of business development activities within your designated territory, industry, or vertical. Initially focused on HiredScore, an innovative HCM/Recruiting solution, you'll have the exciting opportunity to expand your expertise to support Evisort, our contract management solution, and other cutting-edge AI products. You'll collaborate closely with Workday and HiredScore Software Account Executives and Digital Account Executives, driving HiredScore Subscription sales. Furthermore, you will partner with our Customer Success team, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through our professional services. Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Proactively identify and close professional services opportunities to drive revenue growth.

    • Exceed sales targets and cultivate strong, lasting client relationships to secure recurring business.

    • Efficiently manage inbound client requests from various sources, including Account Executives and Customer Success.

  • Services Delivery and Customer Management:

    • Conduct comprehensive Services discovery sessions to understand client needs.

    • Effectively present HiredScore Customer Services overviews and packaged deployment solutions.

    • Lead virtual client meetings, adeptly triaging issues and recommending appropriate professional services solutions.

    • Ensure consistent client satisfaction through the successful delivery of professional services.

  • Proposal and Contract Management:

    • Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for professional services engagements, securing necessary approvals.

    • Create and present compelling Statements of Work (SOWs) and Professional Services Agreements (PSAs), skillfully negotiating business and legal terms.

    • Facilitate investment requests and ensure timely routing for approvals.

  • Future Development:

    • Prepare to gain proficiency in the Workday Contract Lifecycle Management product and associated contract management workflows

Responsabilidades:

o   Ventas y desarrollo de negocios:

§  Identificar y concretar proactivamente oportunidades de servicios profesionales para impulsar el crecimiento de los ingresos.

§  Superar los objetivos de ventas y cultivar relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes para asegurar negocios recurrentes.

§  Gestionar de forma eficiente las solicitudes entrantes de clientes de diversas fuentes, incluidos los ejecutivos de cuentas y de éxito del cliente.

o   Prestación de servicios y gestión de clientes:

§  Realizar sesiones integrales de descubrimiento de servicios para comprender las necesidades del cliente.

§  Presentar de manera eficaz descripciones generales de los servicios de atención al cliente de HiredScore y los paquetes de soluciones de implementación.

§  Dirigir reuniones virtuales con clientes, clasificar hábilmente los problemas y recomendar soluciones de servicios profesionales apropiadas.

§  Garantizar la satisfacción constante del cliente a través de la prestación exitosa de servicios profesionales.

o   Gestión de propuestas y contratos:

§  Elaborar estimaciones de costos precisas y detalladas para desarrollar oportunidades de ventas de servicios profesionales, y asegurar las aprobaciones necesarias.

§  Crear y presentar declaraciones de trabajo y acuerdos de servicios profesionales convincentes y negociar hábilmente los términos comerciales y legales.

§  Facilitar las solicitudes de inversión y garantizar el trámite oportuno para sus aprobaciones.

o   Desarrollo futuro:

§  Prepararse para dominar el producto Workday Contract Lifecycle Management y los flujos de trabajo de gestión de contratos asociados.

About You

Basic Qualifications:​
  • Experience:
     

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Professional Services organization.

  • OR, 5 years of experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or HR IT applications.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

  • Professional Fluency in English is mandatory.

Other Qualifications:
  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer science (or related field) or an equivalent combination of education, related certifications and/or prior work experience. OR Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Skills:

  • Proven proficiency in negotiation.

  • Strong problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong in-person and web-based presentation skills.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Experience with software applications such as Salesforce.com, Zimit, Workday, and HiredScore.

  • Experience supporting Hiring, Talent Acquisition, and/or Recruiting business functions.

  • Applied experience with AI (ML, NLP, Generative AI) in business application. The ability to effectively communicate the business value of AI solutions, demonstrate a commitment to ethical AI practices, and discuss technical aspects of AI solutions, including data requirements, integration challenges, deployment, adoption, support, and maintenance considerations.

  • Professional fluency in French or German.
