About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated PhD researcher for a postdoctoral position focused on developing generative models for structure-based drug design. The postdoc will work at the intersection of deep generative modeling, differential geometry, and computational chemistry.

Core Responsibilities

Investigate, implement, and develop state-of-the-art generative techniques (diffusion, flow-matching, stochastic interpolants, etc.) for generative modelling of small molecules.
Benchmark and compare model performance with previous approaches.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Contribute to publications and presentations.

About You

PhD candidate in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Chemistry, or a related field.
Strong background in generative modeling and geometric deep learning.
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).
Strong programming skills and experience with large-scale computational experiments.

Nice-to-haves

Familiarity with quantum chemistry methods.
Prior work in AI-driven drug discovery and molecular optimization.
Publication record in top-tier conferences/journals

Start date: Year-round, on a rolling basis
Duration: 1–3 years
Location: Remote

The US base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be $115k - $135k per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and equity.
