We are looking for a Junior Solutions Specialist to support our sales team and contribute to the growth of our Atlassian solutions and services. As a growing Atlassian Solution Partner, we help organizations streamline their workflows and enhance collaboration using Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop a career in technology sales. As a Junior Solutions Specialist, you will support lead generation, engage with potential clients, and assist in delivering Atlassian solutions tailored to business needs. You will work closely with senior sales professionals and technical teams to learn the ropes of enterprise software sales. Additionally, you will aid in guiding clients through the evaluation process, understanding their unique business challenges, and showcasing how Modus offerings can address their needs and deliver tangible value.

About you:
  • Experience Level: Junior
  • Assist in identifying and engaging potential customers interested in Atlassian solutions.
  • Support the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Help nurture client relationships and understand customer needs to propose relevant Atlassian solutions.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, showcasing how Atlassian tools improve productivity and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to create effective sales campaigns.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Stay informed about Atlassian product updates, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Assist in managing the sales process, including quotations, proposals, and contract discussions.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Some experience in technology/software sales, account management, or business development (internships or junior roles welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, or other Atlassian tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in B2B enterprise software sales.
  • Interest in Agile, DevOps, or ITSM methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • English proficiency is required.
Bonus points for:
  • Experience working with Atlassian products or certification in Atlassian tools.
  • A background in SaaS sales, IT consulting, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Exposure to Atlassian Solution Partners or reseller environments.
