Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding music and podcast services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, subscriptions, and content recommendations.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues, including technical difficulties, access problems, and account inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and to address more complex customer concerns.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in music and podcasts to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to contribute to service enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the online media or entertainment sector.
  • Strong passion for music and podcasts with the ability to connect with customers over these topics.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing a high-quality customer experience.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office tools.
