Position Overview:

We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer with a strong grasp of UI/UX principles and desktop publishing skills to join our creative team. Someone who is passionate about crafting seamless digital experiences and visually stunning content. You’ll play a key role in shaping EveryWatch’s visual identity across both product and marketing, ensuring consistency, and strong usability in everything we design.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong knowledge of typography, layout, font hierarchy and color theory.
  • Experience in desktop publishing for use in print and online media.
  • Ability to think strategically and design for both form and function.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and communication skills.
  • The ability to self manage and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English is a must.
  • Experience in a startup or the venture capital space is a plus.
  • Passion for luxury watches and the broader collector ecosystem is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaign Design: Design eye-catching marketing content such as Google Ads, social media and email marketing campaigns, to effectively promote the company on B2B and B2C levels.
  • Brand & Graphic Design: Create and maintain visually consistent brand assets across all forms of digital media.
  • Desktop Publishing: Design high-quality advertising materials including product and sales documents, presentations, and other forms of marketing collateral.
  • UI/UX Design: Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with product managers and developers.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, and leadership teams to ensure design excellence across all platforms.
  • User Research Support: Assist in gathering user feedback and iterating on design based on insights and testing.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies to refine strategies.
