Job description

Cairn Partners is seeking a full-time professional to join our team and support our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The Specialist will be responsible for maintaining CRM systems and assisting with training, reporting, and problem-solving.

We are looking for a professional dedicated to putting the customer first and building strong relationships. One that is comfortable with customer-facing consultation, training and group presentations. The Specialist must be adept at understanding customer needs, expectations, and preferences, and tailoring solutions to meet their individual requirements. This entails effective collaboration, communication, and the ability to work as part of a team. 

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage CRM systems, working with providers, partners, clients, and agents.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and training sessions.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to discussions.
  • Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing regularly scheduled reports.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Strong customer service and support mindset.
