As a Senior Go Developer, you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining the core infrastructure that powers our compliance systems. Positioned at the crossroads of engineering and compliance, you’ll collaborate closely with both teams to drive the implementation of our compliance tech strategy—particularly around cross-border payments and enterprise-grade automation. Your contributions will be instrumental in scaling mission-critical compliance capabilities that directly support and enable our broader business goals.

Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally including time spent in fast-paced startup environments.
Advanced proficiency in backend development, with hands-on expertise in technologies such as Go, TypeScript, and database systems like Postgres and Snowflake.
Demonstrated success in building mission-critical compliance tools, particularly within the fintech or blockchain sectors.
Strong product-thinking mindset with the ability to translate abstract requirements into scalable, reliable technical solutions.
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders—including product, legal, risk, and operations—to bring compliance initiatives from concept to deployment.
Solid grasp of global regulatory standards (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR) and their implications on technical architecture and business operations.
History of delivering impactful solutions in high-growth, rapidly evolving environments where agility, ownership, and execution speed are essential.
At least Upper-Intermediate English level.
Be able to overlap with US Eastern Time (EST).
