We're seeking a driven and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in back-end development using .NET and solid front-end skills—ideally with React. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project within a fast-moving team at Intellectsoft, in collaboration with a prominent client in the financial sector.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing robust backend systems with .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET).
• Solid front-end development skills using React, with a focus on efficient state management and performance tuning.
• Strong background in cloud environments—ideally Microsoft Azure—working with services like Azure Functions, App Services, and Azure DevOps.
• Comfortable working with a range of databases, including relational systems like SQL Server and PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL options.
• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining microservices-based architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and experience integrating automated testing into delivery pipelines.
• In-depth understanding of RESTful API design and modern integration strategies.
• Practical experience in Agile environments, collaborating via tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent English communication skills—ideally at a C1 level; strong B2 candidates will also be considered.

Nice to have skills

• Bonus points for knowledge of other front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.
• Understanding of container technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Hands-on exposure to DevOps methodologies, including infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Previous involvement in developing applications within the fintech or broader financial services space is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and support robust backend systems using .NET, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and performance.
• Craft responsive and maintainable user interfaces with React, ensuring smooth connectivity between the frontend and backend layers.
• Utilize Azure-based cloud infrastructure to enhance system uptime, scalability, and overall reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Champion clean code practices, prioritizing maintainability, security, and software craftsmanship throughout the development lifecycle.
• Guide and support fellow developers through code reviews, technical mentoring, and active knowledge sharing.
• Play a key role in advancing DevOps efforts, streamlining build and deployment workflows through automation and CI/CD enhancements.
• Continuously explore new technologies, tools, and techniques—bringing forward ideas to improve architecture and development processes.
