Job description

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager of Investor Relations to support the company's investor engagement efforts. In this pivotal role, you will help strengthen the company's communications with current and potential investors, ensuring a clear understanding of the company's strategy, performance, and future prospects.

As a key member of the investor relations team, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop effective communication strategies and manage investor inquiries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the execution of the investor relations strategy and initiatives.
  • Prepare materials for earnings calls, investor presentations, and annual meetings.
  • Respond to investor inquiries and facilitate communication between the investor community and the executive team.
  • Conduct market research and analyze investor sentiment to inform strategies.
  • Monitor and report on competitor performance and market developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven presentation abilities.
