Which tasks can you expect?

SAP HXM Application Management Services, including change management, implementations and Configurations
Design and development of client functionalities and extensions
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team
Contribute during all phases of project lifecycle, from ideation and development to maintenance
Develop solutions that are both functionally effective and technically robust
Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide subject matter expertise on SAP HXM best practices and industry trends

What do you have to offer?

At least 5+ years as a SAP HXM Application Management Services Consultant

Experience in working with German-speaking clients from DACH
Experience in troubleshoot, debug, fix and implement on SAP HCM systems
Experience in participation in SAP solution implementations for customers in a variety of technology scenarios (mainly cloud, but also on-premise)
Experience in collect and analyze client requirements for specific functionalities
Experience in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team
Fluent English is a must and preferable German language
