Role Overview: 
The Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and executing on a plan to support prospects and customers globally in various marketing channels. You will own the coordination and execution of a marketing operations plan of communications and marketing focused on email campaigns, nurture campaigns, and more, as well as involvement in customer and internal communications. 
  
Responsibilities:  
  • Marketing Planning and execution - Understand and implement ON24’s Marketing strategy as it relates to our integrated campaigns, regions, and industries. 
  • Collaboration - Meet with internal business partners and cross-functional teams to understand programs and needs to communicate them to prospects and customers. 
  • Reporting & Optimization – Track open rates, CTR, conversions, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and insights. 
  • Process & Platform Management – Ensure data accuracy and integration with CRM (Salesforce), manage workflow tracking on Monday boards. 
  • Lifecycle & Evergreen Journeys – Design and implement evergreen campaign flows, automated customer journeys, and lifecycle campaigns across multiple touchpoints. 
  • Segmentation & Data Management – Manage list uploads, audience segmentation, and database accuracy. 
  • In-The-Know - Stay informed and current on email marketing, marketing automation and behavioral marketing technology trends and best practices and shares monthly report of ideas/suggestions. 
   
  
Skills & Experience:  
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or DG Operations role 
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to guarantee well-built and well-tested marketing assets. 
  • Results-Driven: Consistently achieve impactful results through a data-driven approach, utilizing email best practices, segmentation, optimization, and deliverability strategies. 
  • Strong analytical and communications skills. 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot or Hubspot. 
  • Hands-on experience with project management systems such as Wrike, Asana, Trello, Monday or Jira. 
  • Strong ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent planning and project management skills. 
  • Ability to look ahead to meet regular deadlines and predict and prevent last-minute changes.

The base pay range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000. This range is not a guarantee of actual compensation that may be earned nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on relevant experience, education, skills, location, and other applicable factors.
