Job Title: Construction Install Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a highly organized and proactive Construction Install Coordinator to support the Construction Project Manager. This role ensures the smooth execution of small install and construction jobs, with a focus on scheduling, permit management, and administrative support. Your contributions will help keep projects running efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate all aspects of install and construction projects (e.g., special orders, tools, permits, deposits).
  • Manage the end-to-end permit process, including timely scheduling of inspections.
  • Assist the Project Manager with job scheduling and time card oversight.
  • Support the creation and tracking of change order requests.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to keep project workflows smooth and on track.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in ServiceTitan (preferred).
  • Experience managing permits and coordinating construction documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Background in plumbing or construction administrative work is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in plumbing or construction coordination.
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan and other construction-related tools.
  • Permit processing experience.
