Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the civil design of infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, site grading, stormwater, and earthworks.
Prepare, review, and manage design drawings and models using Civil 3D and MicroStation.
Supervise and guide junior engineers and CAD/BIM technicians to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in design coordination and review meetings.
Ensure all designs comply with UAE authority requirements.
Support BIM workflows and contribute to the development of 3D models; Revit experience is advantageous.
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and quantity take-offs.
Participate in QA/QC processes and ensure adherence to project BIM Execution Plans.
Maintain high standards of technical excellence, meeting deadlines and project objectives.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters is a plus).
Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure design projects, specifically within the UAE.
Strong background in design consulting and engineering project delivery.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation is mandatory.
Working knowledge of Revit is a plus.
Comprehensive understanding of UAE authority guidelines and approval processes.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Must be immediately available and able to work remotely.
