  • Manage chep orders and ensure proper packaging for programs on the East Coast and Florida.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation and support the Global Team with additional duties as needed.

Job description

Responsible for assisting the Sunkist Global Team by ensuring timely and accurate updates to: reports, inventory management, order processing, and settlement reconciliation

 

Essential Job functions/ Duties:

  • Update the Sales/Inventory/Packout reports for suppliers on a weekly basis.
  • Track inbound arrivals for both East and West Coast shipments.
  • Update bagging reports for both East and West Coast to assist with settlement reconciliation.
  • Supports inventory management of fruit and packaging material with warehouses and packaging vendors.
  • Performs inventory reconciliation in order to match prophet inventory to 3PL location inventory and to check for aged inventory. Update bag recaps (East and West) as bag jobs are completed, and ensure new boxes are used as needed.
  • Send load sheets to the 3PL warehouses daily after orders have been allocated.
  • Ensures all PO's and packing lists are sent to the corresponding cold storage location prior to fruit arrival to port.
  • Coordinate packaging needs for the East Coast and Florida to make sure there is enough packaging on hand for programs.
  • Responsible for chep order management, will ship Costco orders in mychep.com, place new orders for pallets as needed, and update the Costco order file once orders have been shipped in mychep.com.
  • Assists the Global Team with other duties as needed. 

 

 

 

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Certifications/Licenses, and Experience:

  • 1 – 3 years of administrative experience
  • High School or GED 
  • 4-year bachelor's degree preferred
  • Possesses strong computer skills: must be proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Works an 8-hour workday Monday through Friday, however, may work overtime as needed.
  • Possess interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with internal and external customers.
  • Possesses strong time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate data and draw conclusions.
