Tech Lead – Azure / Python / React / GenAI

Job Description

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to drive the development of innovative, AI-powered applications and integrations using Azure, Python, React, and Generative AI tools like OpenAI and Claude. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, architect smart solutions, and deliver seamless user experiences across web platforms and automation workflows.

Key Responsabilities
  • Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable solutions using Azure services (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Azure DB, etc.), Python, and React.
  • Design and implement intelligent features powered by Generative AI / LLMs, including OpenAI, Claude, and similar tools.
  • Guide end-to-end integration between third-party tools and platforms, including low-code automation (e.g., Make, Zapier) when applicable.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality user-facing features.
  • Ensure best practices in development, testing, and DevOps including CI/CD pipelines and secure deployment on Azure.
  • Explore and integrate emerging GenAI models and automation platforms into existing workflows and systems.
  • Contribute to an Agile, collaborative, and forward-thinking engineering culture.


Requirements
7+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on:
    • Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Databases, API Management)

    • Python for backend development and automation

    • JavaScript/React for building intuitive, responsive web applications

    • Generative AI / LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) for feature integration

  • 2+ years in a senior engineering or tech leadership role.

  • Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and secure deployment practices on Azure.

  • Strong understanding of scalable web architecture, cloud-first development, and automation.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced English proficiency.Exposure to other AI tools like Gemini and workflow-based automations


Nice to Have: 
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms like Make and Zapier
  • Familiarity with Airtable, HubSpot, or Box for business tool integrations
  • Knowledge of Remix or similar React frameworks
  • Exposure to other AI tools like Gemini and workflow-based automations
