Slash is a Build Studio. We build remote, autonomous teams to help innovators develop software, products and hi-tech startups. We also build and invest in our own startups and commercialize them through joint ventures in ASEAN and Europe.
Slash has headquarters in Singapore and community-oriented R&D hubs in Phnom Penh, Jakarta & Bandung, and Bali.
Slash is looking for a dynamic, organized, and approachable People Operations Intern to support our People Operations Team. You'll help manage employee data, assist with onboarding/offboarding, support HR system administration, and ensure the smooth execution of People Ops tasks, all while contributing to a positive and supportive experience for our remote workforce. You'll be a helpful point of contact and play a part in fostering our collaborative remote culture.
In order to succeed in this role, you must :
Participate collaboratively in employee lifecycle processes, assisting the People Ops team and new hires with completing necessary paperwork, system setups, and required documentation smoothly and supportively;
Have the ability to identify potential areas to improve our People Operations processes and the overall employee experience;
Possess strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate employee records and documentation;

You have excellent time-management and organizational skills, essential for remote work.
