Role Name: Administrative Assistant - Real Estate Appraisal Support

Schedule:

  • Part-time (with potential to transition to full-time)
  • 7 AM to 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Extract and compile property data from multiple public websites for 3-4 daily appraisal reports
  • Organize and structure gathered information into standardised professional reports
  • Manage client portal updates, ensuring all information is current before 10 AM Pacific Time
  • Support scheduling operations and maintain accurate property records
  • Process and organize real estate data using various online platforms
  • Assist in streamlining administrative workflows for maximum efficiency
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and reporting processes
