Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced English skills, a proven track record in leading marketing teams, extensive experience in B2B marketing, and hands-on experience working with SAP. Knowledge of LinkedIn as a key marketing platform is essential. This role is crucial in driving our marketing efforts and supporting our growth strategies.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Develop and implement B2B marketing initiatives to achieve business goals.
  • Leverage LinkedIn for B2B marketing, including content creation, lead generation, and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, and sales collateral.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Manage budgets and ensure marketing activities are cost-effective.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3-4 years) in leading marketing teams and executing B2B marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing tool (campaign management, analytics, content strategy).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP in a marketing context.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Advanced level).
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, analytics tools).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
