Description

Matrix Global is seeking an Intermediate Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making processes. This position requires a blend of analytical skills and financial acumen, helping to drive profitability and improve financial performance across various business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and operational improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of financial modeling and reporting tools.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as needed.
  • Oversee the Kantata and Salesforce systems.
  • Assist with project management across different departments.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools.





Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting methodologies.
  • Experience using financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have working knowledge of Salesforce and Kantata. (Kimble)
