Key Responsibilities:

Execute manual test cases to validate new features and ensure stability of the platform
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to clarify requirements and improve product quality
Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
Help create and maintain test documentation

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in manual QA
Experience with testing LLM models
Ability to assess and validate non-deterministic outputs (e.g. hallucinations, vague responses)
Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA processes
Experience with web and mobile application testing
Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts
Attention to context, tone, and logic in chatbot replies
Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar is a plus
A team player with a proactive mindset
