Bank Sales Executive, Digital

What does a successful Digital Payments Sales Executive do? As a Digital Payments Sales Executive at Fiserv, you will be pivotal in driving our market share and growth within the Large Financial Institution space. This role is for a representative to sell both Digital (Online Banking) and Payments (BillPay and P2P services). You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of these services to present compelling, value-driven solutions to both existing and prospective clients, ensuring Fiserv remains at the forefront of the digital payments industry.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify, qualify, and secure new clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets for electronic payments.
  • Drive Fiserv market share expansion in the financial institution space (assets up to $30B) by executing business, value-driven solution sales activities.
  • Prospect target leads and pursuits within the digital (Online Banking) and electronic payments (BillPay & P2P services) arenas using effective sales strategies and approaches.
  • Utilize business solutions and financial knowledge to compete in sales, deliver persuasive presentations, and frame client opportunities.
  • Coordinate deal crafting and positioning, enabling client decisions to close.
  • Share industry, solution, deal, and sales “best practices” knowledge with the sales community.

What you will need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in selling electronic payment solutions, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • 6+ years of solution sales experience specifically in Financial Services and digital payments.
  • 6+ years of experience selling complex electronic payment solutions to large financial institutions.
  • Experience working in large, matrix organizations with a variety of electronic payment products/services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

  • 10 years of experience in digital/payments sales and business development with a record of driving revenue growth in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to navigate large corporate environments and generate multi-million-dollar (ACV/TCV) deals within the digital/payments space.
  • Superior communication skills up to the C-level, with the ability to establish executive-level client relationships.
  • Experience in Banking and/or Credit Union space with a deep understanding of consultative, solutions-based selling.
  • Experience managing relationships or sales, including strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.

Salary Range

$59,500.00 - $126,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Rhode Island and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
