We're Hiring: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Location: Glendale, California

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy for a diverse outpatient population (you help shape your caseload)
Maintain a caseload of 15–30 clients per week (you decide your ideal load)
Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer goal-oriented psychotherapy
Collaborate with a clinical team of therapists, case managers, and supervisors for referrals and case consults
Participate in team meetings, ongoing trainings, and optional peer supervision groups
Utilize EHR systems (we use [SimplePractice, TheraNest, or name your platform]) for clinical documentation, notes, and scheduling
Maintain ethical and legal standards in accordance with BBS, HIPAA, and California state law

Requirements

Hold an active LPCC license in the state of California (required)
Have 1+ years of post-licensure clinical experience (or are a confident new licensee)
Are registered to work with couples and families (or open to becoming registered)
Feel confident treating common issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or identity work
Are you trauma-informed and culturally responsive in your approach
Have specialized training (optional) in one or more modalities: CBT, EMDR, DBT, IFS, somatic work, ACT, etc.
Are LGBTQIA+ affirming and passionate about serving marginalized populations
Can work independently, but appreciates clinical collaboration and structured support
