We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who’s excited to be the engine behind our restaurant outreach. If you’re highly organized, persuasive, and motivated by momentum and metrics, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do
  • Qualify and research leads to determine fit with Offline’s partner profile
  • Conduct multi-channel outreach using email, phone, and SMS to engage restaurant owners
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives by converting qualified leads
  • Support handoff from lead gen to sales, ensuring a smooth, timely transition
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by logging activity and updating statuses in HubSpot
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and improve lead gen strategy

Requirements

Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development (SDR/BDR)
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or similar CRMs
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus
Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with outreach cadences and repetitive tasks
  • Persistent, positive, and driven to meet daily and weekly metrics
  • Able to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
