3+ years proven experience in social media management with successful campaigns and measurable results.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, best practices, and proficiency in social media analytics.

Strong writing, editing, and creative skills to craft compelling content and develop innovative strategies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with diverse audiences.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, with experience in social media advertising and ad management platforms as a plus.

Core responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives such as brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Manage and create high-quality content for all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok), and engage with the audience by monitoring and responding to mentions, comments, and messages promptly.

Analyze social media metrics and trends to track performance, optimize content, and stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams and manage advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals, efficient budget allocation, and effective targeting.

Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners, and develop crisis communication strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and manage potential social media crises.
