Job Requirements:

  • 2.5+ years proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and consultative selling. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust.
  • Proficient in negotiation and navigating complex sales processes. Results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed objectives. 
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools for managing opportunities and pipelines; GoHighLevel preferred. 
  • Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Research potential business clients, generate leads through outbound activities (cold calling, emailing, networking), and qualify leads based on criteria. 
  • Conduct needs assessments, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, establish trust, and provide ongoing communication to address client needs. 
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts, overcome objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the client base. 
  • Use CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance, market trends, and competitor insights. 
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement.
