2.5+ years of proven experience in outbound lead generation, appointment setting, or a similar sales support role. Proficiency in using CRM systems, lead databases, and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and team members. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and target potential leads effectively. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Core responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to identify and qualify potential leads. Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build comprehensive prospect lists using CRM software and other sales tools. Schedule sales appointments, demonstrations, and meetings by coordinating calendars and confirming details with both sales representatives and prospects. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships, provide additional product or service information, and address any questions or concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in CRM systems and lead databases. Generate and analyze reports on lead generation activities and appointment metrics to identify trends and optimize strategies. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with overall sales objectives.
