EverCommerce is looking for a People Technology Analyst to join our People Innovations Team. This critical role will primarily focus on supporting the Workday platform by configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and contributing to Workday projects. The ideal candidate brings a great foundation in Workday modules encompassing Recruiting, HCM, Compensation, BP workflows and functional Reporting in those areas.

In this role you will need the technical ability to understand system requests, have strong customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and be a collaborator with our stakeholders. You are well organized, are a problem-solver, pro-active, and have an understanding of people programs such as performance management, time and attendance, recruiting and benefits. Core Responsibilities:
Serve as front line of support for Workday, including HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, and other modules.
Provide day-to-day support by managing the HRIS ticketing system (JIRA) - fielding questions, addressing requests, and resolving issues efficiently.
Configure small-scale enhancements within Workday.
Conduct testing and quality assurance for system updates and enhancements.
Assist with EIB data loads and data maintenance tasks.
Create and update Workday training materials and documentation to support internal users.
Contribute to and manage Workday projects.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with Workday.
Hands-on experience in building business processes, time off plans, compensation plans and/or recruiting processes.
Proven experience working in a ticketing system for employee support requests (JIRA preferred).
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and system integrity.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Previous experience working with external Workday Consultants is highly preferred.
Workday certifications are highly desirable.

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
Compensation:
The target annual base compensation for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
