C.H. Robinson is looking for a Principal People Analytics Consultant to join the team! In this role, you’ll own our enterprise employee listening strategy and take the lead on designing employee feedback collection methods and turning that feedback into clear insights enabling our leaders to take action. You’ll be the go-to person for all things people data and analytics, helping leadership make smarter, data-driven decisions that improve the employee experience. You’ll bring your expertise in data analysis and business intelligence tools to the table, working closely with business leaders and HR teams to drive meaningful change. Whether it’s tackling big projects or supporting day-to-day decisions, you’ll be the person connecting the dots and making sure talent strategies are on track. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Ownership of global listening strategy including roadmap, success measures, process & tools
Deploy enterprise-wide listening initiatives, including annual engagement/pulse surveys —by directing survey design, implementation, project management, and analysis
Facilitate executive debriefs on engagement and pulse survey results, translating findings into strategic actions
Manage lifecycle surveys (onboarding, exit, etc.) including tools, platforms, processes, and analysis
Partner with Internal Communications to close the feedback loop through strategic communication planning
Relationship management of our listening vendor to maintain a strong partnership focused on continuous improvement and innovation
Manage large-scale analytics projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and quality outcomes
Deliver actionable insights through complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and tailored reporting
Define key metrics, optimize data structures, and integrate internal and external sources for impactful reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
Minimum 6 years of analytics experience, ideally including work in HR, employee experience, or listening strategy initiatives
Ability to travel up to 15%
Preferred:
Advanced degree in analytics or I/O Psychology
Experience in quantitative/qualitative research and statistical methodologies (e.g., regression, clustering, tree models)
Strong storytelling skills to interpret and communicate data insights effectively
Proven ability to manage projects, lead discussions, and influence outcomes
Comfortable facilitating analytics discussions with senior leadership
Skilled communicator across various mediums and a bridge between data, reporting, and business needs
Experience with product teams, HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation), and systems (Workday, Perceptyx)
Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) and advanced BI tools
Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and foster open, collaborative conversations

Compensation Range
$107,300.00 - $178,400.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
