The Opportunity

AliveCor is looking for a RVP, Employer Sales to join our sales department. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of closing large employer deals, a robust network within the employer benefits ecosystem, and deep relationships with consultants and brokers.

 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect, identify, and engage new employer clients with a minimum of 1,000 employees, introducing them to AliveCor’s offerings
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and close
  • Leverage an in-depth understanding of the employer benefits space and AliveCor’s value proposition to position the company as a trusted partner
  • Utilize existing relationships with consultants, brokers, and benefits leaders to uncover opportunities and accelerate deal cycle
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at target employers, as well as with influential consultants and brokers
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs and address pain points
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by securing new logo business
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to leadership
  • Partner with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the employer partnerships team to enhance go-to-market strategies and identify new opportunities

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in employer sales, with a focus on the employer benefits or healthcare industries
  • Demonstrated success in securing large employer deals with Fortune 1000 companies or equivalent
  • Extensive network of contacts within the employer benefits space, including benefits leaders, consultants, and brokers
  • Deep understanding of the dynamics and decision-making processes within large employer organizations
  • Exceptional ability to drive complex sales cycles and close high-value deals
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to align solutions with client needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey AliveCor’s value proposition to diverse audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
