The Product Experience team at VistaPrint works at the intersection of creativity and technology, ensuring our customers have an exceptional and tailored experience when interacting with our product previews. We work closely with various cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality photography assets and a seamless preview rendering process.
What You Will Do

Manage the end-to-end product preview process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.

Build and edit product images in Photoshop and generate previews using internal tools, maintaining high-quality standards.

Prioritize and manage digital assets in the Digital Asset Manager (DAM), following standard methodologies.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology, Product Marketing, Project Management, and Design teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

Conduct A/B user testing, analyze results, and implement data-driven visual enhancements to optimize customer experience.

Monitor project schedules, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement strategies to keep deliverables on track.

Document product preview creation processes and maintain standard methodology guidelines for team reference.

Audit and optimize existing imagery across platforms to align with Vista’s brand and drive revenue through customer-focused improvements.
Your Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer-facing photography and/or design.

Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop (tools, layer structure, masking, and smart objects).

Proven experience in asset management and digital asset organization.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze results to improve the customer experience.
Nice to Have
-
Experience with 3D design tools or digital asset management systems (DAM).

Familiarity with Agile practices, including Kanban and Scrum.

Experience with AI-based methodologies, particularly in Photoshop.

Visual Arts degree or equivalent experience required.
