Outreach is seeking a Program Manager with a strong background in strategy and operations to support our Marketing team. This role will report directly to the Chief of Staff to the CMO and will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing key marketing initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of our marketing strategy.
Location: Open to remote within the US.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include:Build, optimize, and manage our marketing workflows by delivering efficient, repeatable, and scalable templates and blueprints using our project management tool (Asana).Coordinate cross-functional marketing activities as needed, while supporting Integrated Marketing Campaigns and Quarterly Product Releases.Manage marketing reporting and performance against company-wide KPIs.Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability to major marketing initiatives like quarterly campaigns, event execution, GTM business partners, and rep activities.Provide enablement and hold teams accountable to outcomes and performance.Support project management of webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed by aligning appropriate stakeholders and driving accountability.Our Vision Of You:5-7 years of experience in program management, strategy, and operations.Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across departments.Strong understanding of marketing strategies and operations.Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Proven ability to drive key business objectives and make quick decisions for impactful outcomes.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to deliver clear directions, expectations, and documentation when standing up new programs.Experience working with sales teams and creating/managing marketing programs and campaigns in support of revenue targets.Proficiency in using virtual event platforms such as GoToWebinar, Bizzabo, ZoomWebinar, Cvent, etc.Strong planning and organizational skills.Experience in budget management is preferred but not required.Experience using project management tools (Asana and/or Smartsheet preferred).Ability to handle strong personalities and stand in your authority.High level of influence and ability to interface with senior leadership.Attention to detail with a broad scope and understanding of impact.Not afraid of accountability and transparency.The annual base salary range for this role is $70,000-$110,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
