Intro

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong sense of product management to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and are passionate about creating impactful designs, this role is for you! ShadCN is important to us, as it provides a robust foundation for building consistent, scalable, and accessible UI components that align with our design vision.

About the Position

Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll transform customer needs into seamless user journeys and craft beautiful, intuitive interfaces. You’ll play a key role in turning ideas into products by leveraging your design expertise to create interfaces that our development team will bring to life. Consistency is at the heart of our design process, and you’ll work with a cohesive design library and system—powered by tools like ShadCN—to ensure our interfaces are visually harmonious, scalable, and user-friendly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating customer needs into user journeys and designing intuitive interfaces.
  • Researching, designing, and prototyping new user experiences in collaboration with the product manager and/or creative director.
  • Delivering user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, visual assets, and comprehensive design guidelines to ensure flawless implementation.
  • Presenting and communicating designs and deliverables to peers and executives.
  • Maintaining and evolving our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, leveraging ShadCN’s modular components to streamline development and design workflows.

Skills & Requirements

  • Basic copywriting skills (English) 
  • Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, and design principles.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and contributing to a consistent design library and system, with familiarity using tools like ShadCN for modular, reusable components.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, deadline-driven environment.
  • A driven, enthusiastic personality with a sense of humor.
  • Proficiency with Figma on a Mac (preferred tooling).


Experience

  • Analyzing and designing user journeys.
  • Working with design systems, symbol libraries, and component-based frameworks like ShadCN to ensure consistency and scalability.
