FLSA Status: Exempt

Posting Salary Range: $79,568 - $107,415

Office Location: Remote within United States.

What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources is seeking an Agile Integrations Manager – Business Systems to join our Information Technology Department. This is a technical and administrative position responsible for the hands-on management of the Integration Services area of Business Systems, including involvement in every area of the team’s core responsibilities and defined competencies. The ideal candidate will have experience in software application development, maintenance and execution of mission critical large scale system upgrades. On a typical day, you might:

  • Develop a rapport with all department leaders to establish business and leadership competence.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems integration architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications to deliver IT system outcomes that meet user and organization needs.
  • Facilitate Agile delivery methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Assist your team or individuals to clarify goals and actions to achieve them
  • Understand and apply the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development

Qualifications: 

Education/Experience:
 
High School diploma/GED and five (5) years of experience leading or managing teams utilizing integration technologies (i.e., SQL Server, SSIS, Mulesoft, Overa, Scribes).

OR

Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience leading or managing teams utilizing integration technologies (i.e., SQL Server, SSIS, Mulesoft, Overa, Scribes).

OR

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one (1) year of experience leading or managing teams utilizing integration technologies (i.e., SQL Server, SSIS, Mulesoft, Overa, Scribes).

OR

Equivalent combination of education/experience


 Preferred Education: 
 
Advanced degree preferred.
 

Preferred Experience: 
 
Experience in supervision of two (2) or more employees preferred.

Demonstrated experience in any of the following areas is preferred: healthcare claims environment and applications development, demonstrated experience in SDLC, ALM, SQL, including software tools such as; Azure DevOps, git, SSIS, Visual Studio 2019 or above, ASP.NET, C#, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft .NET framework 2.0 or above.

License/Certification: 
 Must have a valid driver’s license

Preferred License/Certification:
 
One or more of certifications such as Microsoft systems certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD, MCSE or equivalent certifications preferred.
