Join our EVMS organization at Collins Aerospace in Mission Systems Finance and embark on a journey of professional growth and achievement! We are looking for a seasoned Sr Manager Earned Value Management professional who will provide joint oversight, and management of EVMS for the Collins Aerospace programs that transitioned from Raytheon and are utilizing Raytheon EVMS EV System description (10255), Policies, and Procedures. This position is referred to as an EVM Tier within the business because of its accountability for the performance of EVMS compliance, training, communications, and assessments. Please note, this position is an individual contributor.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure compliance with all required corporate, department, and government policies/regulations
  • Act as a EVMS Subject Matter Expert
  • Support/Perform EVMS Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs) and support Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs)
  • Interact with programs and DCMA or customers in support of JSRs and any Corrective Action Requests (CAR)
  • Understand EVM training gaps and provide solutions
  • Attend program meetings and evaluate EVM data to nurture understanding
  • Encourage standard processes and resources across programs
  • Assist in the deployment of EVM processes
  • Participate in and help cultivate solutions for company initiatives Train & influence/nurture program team members to develop EVM maturity and improve processes
  • Partner with Program teams to meet and manage EVM requirements
  • Support the training and development of less experienced EV Tiers
  • Provide EVM tool / EV Engine expertise to programs finance analysts
  • Travel occasionally to support on-site EVM/Surveillance topics

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Thorough knowledge of Government EVM reporting & compliance and experience in applications of EVMS
  • Experience in Training and Process Improvement
  • Expertise with SAP
  • Advanced Excel skills (Formulas, pivots, basic macros)
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Expertise with APEX and PMX
  • In depth Knowledge of Raytheon EVMS command media, system description, and related policies
  • PMP and/or EVP certification

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
