Senior Manager, Colleague & Culture Enablement

Position fully remote, candidates can be located in any country of Latin-America.

Role Overview:

The Senior Manager, Colleague & Culture Enablement will play a crucial role in developing and implementing scalable programs and solutions that support leaders and teams effectiveness, organizational culture, and colleague experience, driving realization of our CVP Colleague Value Proposition. This role will be instrumental in designing modular programmatic elements and leveraging data-driven insights to inform strengths and opportunities around the development planning of leaders and new teams in alignment with our Leading at Otis behaviors.



On a typical day you will:

  • Lead and manage the development and implementation of global leader and team assessment programs (such as individual work styles assessment, team effectiveness diagnostics, 360 assessments, new leader assimilation, mentoring, etc.), including vendor and stakeholder management.
  • Design, maintain, and deploy scalable framework for internal certification of global Talent and HR Business Partners around current and future scoped solutions and modular programmatic elements, partnering with L&D to support facilitation upskilling and consultative skills.
  • Collaborate with the Sr Manager, Engagement & Talent Analytics to design programs informed by data and listening strategies, ensuring alignment with our company's goals. Identify key metrics to assess return on investment (ROI) and evaluate program effectiveness to continuously improve and demonstrate value to stakeholders. 
  • Lead and develop end-to-end process framework to manage colleague experiences around key career milestones, such as new hire onboarding, becoming a new manager, managing a new team, or taking on a new global role, all in alignment with realizing the colleague value proposition. This includes partnering with L&D, Talent Partners, HRBPs, Talent Operations, and Colleague Services. 
  • Regularly consult with business leaders through partnership with HRBPs to ensure and maintain an accurate and align work for the business.
  • Develop, implement, and manage engagement strategies and campaigns to drive behavioral changes and adoption. 
  • Stay informed on external best practices in assessments and cultural enablement to keep our approach cutting-edge. Recommend new solutions or enhancements in alignment with business needs and external market trends. 
  • Regularly update senior leadership alongside functional and regional partners to enable informed, data-driven decisions on trends and usage. 

What You Will Need to be Successful:

Degree Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree in any of the above fields is preferred and will be considered an asset. 
  • Certifications in recognized talent assessment methodologies and coaching, such as Hogan, DISC, Saville, or similar, are preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in talent assessment, organizational development, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting needs assessments and identifying the right solutions or interventions to address specific organizational challenges.
  • Program Management experience; demonstrated ability to design and deliver programs for a wide audience, ideally demonstrating experience in organizational behavior change.
  • Compelling storyteller and excellent facilitation; ability to communicate in clear and inspiring ways, adapting appropriately to the environment and audience.
  • Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management, with the ability to lead multiple assignments simultaneously from start to finish.
  • Proactive and passionate about learning and sharing ideas.
