We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on data leader to drive insights-based decision making across Product School. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Platform—to build scalable reporting solutions, uncover meaningful insights, and influence business strategy. You’ll own the data roadmap, guide the adoption of tools and best practices, and coach junior analysts to elevate the overall analytics function. If you thrive in ambiguity, love crafting compelling data narratives, and enjoy building analytics programs from the ground up, this role is for you.
What you'll do:
- Promote data and insights-based decision making throughout Product School by collaborating with company leaders and their teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Platform.
- Own the creation, prioritization, and execution of a data roadmap to help the business identify potential analyses and experiment opportunities.
- Build dashboards and reporting for Marketing, Enterprise, & Consumer sales teams and other divisions that empower our business leaders and move us towards a self-service model (eg. pipeline reporting, campaign reporting, attribution dashboards for functional teams, etc).
- Prioritize the data team’s work effectively to balance delivery of proactive and practical insights with a timely turnaround on ad-hoc requests that are aligned with company objectives.
- Deliver impactful insights within the context of engaging narratives to help guide stakeholder decision-making.
- Work with Data Engineering to select and establish data tools that serve business needs and enable us to identify and advocate for process improvements and industry best practices.
- Coach and mentor junior analysts to drive them forward in their analytics careers.
This role could be a good fit for you if:
- You have at least 5 years of experience, with at least 1 of those years working in high-growth/start-up environments.
- You’ve worked with a range of data tools from Excel and Data Studio to sleeker visualization tools like Lookr or Tableau and can speak to their pros and cons.
- You are comfortable working closely with executive leadership and know how to deliver compelling narratives with meaningful insights.
- You’re are unafraid to work with raw data (read: might be a lot of CSV sheets) in order to get the answers you need.
- You thrive in ambiguity and love identifying the right questions that will drive growth.
The perks:
- Remote First - our team works remotely across multiple countries and time zones
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage in the US - support for additional coverage is available in Spain
