Job Overview 

The Delivery Lead ensures the successful coordination and delivery of work across multiple Agile teams. Acting as a facilitator, coach, and enabler, they drive alignment, manage risks, and support consistent value delivery. This role is key to promoting transparency, optimizing workflow, and fostering effective collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Mail Responsibilities

  • Facilitate multi-team planning and alignment
  • Optimize delivery flow and remove systemic impediments
  • Foster alignment between delivery teams and business stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement at the team-of-teams level
  • Promote Agile and Lean mindsets across teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to ensure delivery success
  • Establish and maintain delivery metrics and reporting frameworks

Requirements

  • Experience leading or coordinating multiple Agile teams toward a shared delivery goal
  • Strong facilitation and servant leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles, team dynamics, and continuous delivery
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery support
  • Proficiency with delivery metrics, flow visualization (e.g. Kanban), and adaptive planning
  • Servant leader mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about continuous improvement

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Agile at scale and cross-team coordination
  • Experience in product development environments or technical backgrounds
  • Exposure to Lean Portfolio Management, value streams, or continuous discovery/delivery practices
