Job description

Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – 100% Telehealth
Location: Lodi, California
Start Date: Available as soon as roles filled

Job Summary:

We are seeking a clinically skilled LMFT who can provide effective therapy services to a diverse client base. You’ll have the autonomy to work in your preferred modality—be it individual, couples, or family therapy while being supported by a collaborative, experienced clinical team. Whether you're looking to build a thriving caseload or seeking a more balanced, part-time schedule, we offer the flexibility and infrastructure to support your goals.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

 Job Duties:

  • Provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Engage in continuing education and regular team meetings to stay informed and connected.

Requirements

  • Active LMFT license in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
  • Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred (pre-licensed candidates may be considered for supervised roles).
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed care.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
  • Experience with children, adolescents, or high-conflict couples
