Now Hiring: Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – 100% Telehealth

Location: Lodi, California

Start Date: Available as soon as roles filled

Job Summary:

We are seeking a clinically skilled LMFT who can provide effective therapy services to a diverse client base. You’ll have the autonomy to work in your preferred modality—be it individual, couples, or family therapy while being supported by a collaborative, experienced clinical team. Whether you're looking to build a thriving caseload or seeking a more balanced, part-time schedule, we offer the flexibility and infrastructure to support your goals.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:

Provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Engage in continuing education and regular team meetings to stay informed and connected.

Requirements

Active LMFT license in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred (pre-licensed candidates may be considered for supervised roles).
Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed care.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
Experience with children, adolescents, or high-conflict couples
