Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), a rapidly growing management consulting firm based in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Peer Review Program Lead to support the Department of Justice. You will play a crucial role in the execution of complex projects working closely with Project leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects on time, within scope, and in compliance with contractual requirements.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Provide general support for Federal grant reviews by managing the necessary pre-tasks during the application submission phase, coordinating the peer review, and managing the post-review process and reporting phase, while maintaining the established standards, policies and procedures.
Support Federal clients, reviewers, staff and vendors by providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring smooth, documented communication throughout the process.
Ensure quality control by implementing checks to maintain standards and identify any potential issues.
Create risk mitigation plans and monitor the teams’ performance optimization.
Manage communications of all parties involved, including Federal clients, staff, reviewers, and vendors, to keep them informed.
Lead and oversee panel reviewer outreach and solicitation, confirmation, COI, and Review Forms.
Develop competition websites, SharePoint sites, and information collection activities from start to finish.
Manage online technology platforms used to support the Federal reviews, clients and staff necessary to effectively manage the peer review process.
Provide training and support of various efforts to include staff, reviewers, and writers during the peer review process.
Oversee the analysis and reporting on peer review data by synthesizing data on review times, reviewer feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Incorporate other tasks specific to the support of the peer reviews as requested by the COR.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a two-year college degree from accredited college or university preferred.
Experience with event coordination and planning preferred.
Experience working with federal government programs, ideally with federal contracts and in a consulting environment.
Experience aggregating data and producing reports based on multiple data sources.
Upon hire, the ability to secure a public trust clearance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications to include Teams and SharePoint.
Experience communicating, both orally and in writing, to various audiences.
Experience organizing and performing multiple tasks at the same time.
Experience providing administrative support to project and/or contract management team and staff who work remotely.
Public Trust Clearance is required.
