Job description

NTT DATA is seeking a Remote IT Service Management Sr. Analyst with 3+ years of expert level ServiceNow experience for this Temp to Hire role. 
 
*This position is not eligible for sponsorship.


Duration: 12-month contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
Location: Candidates must be based in the US and able to work 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Central

Summary:
  • Immediate Contribution: The candidate should be able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding and training.
  • ServiceNow Proficiency: Strong familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly in Incident, Problem, and Change Management, is essential.  The candidate should be able to navigate and utilize ServiceNow effectively as the team exclusively manages processes using this platform.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a connection point between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively translating business requirements into technical terms and vice versa.
  • Collaborate closely with process owners and other stakeholders.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently, proactively identifying and addressing needs without requiring extensive supervision.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation to help stakeholders understand and adopt ITSM processes. Provide coaching and support to correct behaviors and improve process adherence.
Required
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management
  • 3+ years of expert level ServiceNow experience
 
Preferred:
  • Independent and Proactive: Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders, including the ability to translate technical terms for business stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Analytical Ability: 2-4 years of experience.
  • Critical Thinking: 2-4 years of experience.
  • Problem Solving Capability: 2-4 years of experience.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $54.00 - $57.00/hourly. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
