Job description

Job Title: System Administrator - Mid Level
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 1 Year Contract (Possibility of extend)
Description:
· Assist with application deployments and on-boarding
· Maintain functional knowledge of Logistics processes and platforms
· Facilitate post-change validations to ensure desired outcomes were achieved
· Compile & present benefits of system patches/upgrades. Manage testing (with IT engagement)
· Field incoming requests or problem tickets from end-users to resolve application issues
· Facilitate continuous improvement efforts with business partners and IT, improving functionality and efficiency
· Communicate updates and escalations to stakeholders
· Coordinate across Logistics, IT, and application providers in support of issue resolution

Systems experience:
○ Using a Client custom system
○ Any trade compliance system (ex: Datecart) experience is a plus

Preferences:
○ Logistics experience
○ Retail experience
○ Longer stints on resume is a preference

Top skills:
· Hands on system experience; issue logging and tracking and communicating with stakeholders
· System testing experience
· Trade compliance experience (plus)
