The Job
As a Technical Project Manager at Omnidian, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective coordination and execution of preventative maintenance efforts across our commercial solar asset portfolio. This role serves as a strategic liaison between our clients, field service partners, and internal technical teams, supporting onboarding processes and facilitating timely, informed technical resolutions.
You will act as the central point of contact when service questions arise, whether from the field or from clients. Your ability to interpret technical details, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive projects to resolution will ensure that both immediate needs and long-term partnerships are supported with efficiency and professionalism.

Lead the onboarding process for new preventative maintenance programs across Omnidian’s commercial solar portfolio.Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including the Manager of Technical Operations—to align scope, timelines, and deliverables with client and field service expectations.Coordinate service scheduling and track progress to ensure timely execution of contractual maintenance obligations.Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate status updates across teams to ensure transparency and alignment.Technical Issue Mediation & Stakeholder Alignment
