WHAT YOU'LL DOWe’re looking for someone excited to be hands-on and directly involved in driving growth. You’ll be an individual contributor—working closely with our Client Engagement leadership to generate and qualify leads, support the sales process, and lay the groundwork for how we scale our commercial efforts globally.

In this role you’ll get to:•
Lead generation & pipeline maintenance: - Work directly with the VP and Director of Client Engagement to develop pipeline goals and strategy
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule demos for the Client Engagement team
- Provide excellent customer service and timely, effective follow-up
- Partner with the Client Engagement Team SME to optimize the launch of sales plays
• Sale process support:- Help with the creation of sales presentations and proposals
- Create and maintain a repository of pricing and SKUs to be leveraged globally
- Assist with the maintenance and data integrity of our CRM system (HubSpot)
- Ensure accurate data entry and update sales records as needed
- Facilitate the commercial team's ongoing lead nurturing efforts to maximize conversion potential

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or sales operations
• Experience working with sales teams
Preferred:• Experience in SaaS/technology sales
• Hubspot experience
• Strong interest in customer experience and brand loyalty
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred (but not required)
