About This Role:
This is a full-time, remote sales position focused on nurturing leads and helping prospective clients take action—whether it’s requesting more information, scheduling a call, or booking their first evaluation.
You’ll work closely with our Client Success and Marketing teams to ensure new leads feel seen, heard, and confident in their decision to work with us.
The primary goal of this role is to book at least 40 qualified client appointments per month—and to do so with compassion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the client journey.
This role includes a competitive base salary + uncapped commissions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up with new leads to qualify interest and guide them to the next step in our sales process (typically a discovery call or evaluation).
- Make 50+ outbound calls/texts/emails daily to re-engage cold leads and follow up on recent marketing campaigns.
- Accurately track communication and lead status in our CRM (Go High Level) or our Lead tracking spreadsheet (Google sheets)
- Confirm upcoming appointments to reduce no-shows and assist with rescheduling if needed.
- Assist with client follow-up and support during events, webinars, or workshops.
- Learn our service offerings inside and out—so you can speak confidently about the value of working with our team.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 1+ years of inside sales or SDR experience in a business-to-consumer setting (appointment setting is a must).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational habits.
- Comfort with digital tools (CRM systems, Gmail, Google Docs, etc.).
- High emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in people’s well-being.
- A self-motivated learner who loves growth and feedback.
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $40,000–$55,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped commission
- $250 toward health company-sponsored health insurance (high-deductible, PPO plan through Anthem) + 50% of PPO Delta Dental plan
- 2 weeks paid vacation plus the week between Christmas and New Year’s off
